פַּרפֶּרֶת – Dessert

אחרי הארוחה, כל ילדים רוצים משהו ממתק. משהו כמו גלידה, עוגיות, עוגות… הם רוצים, במילה אהד, פרפרת.

After a meal, all children want something sweet.  Something like ice cream, cookies, cake… they want, in a word, dessert.

And who can blame them – everyone likes something sweet.  But it’s important, if you’re going to have to read off a menu (תפרית), to know what section you’re looking at for finding something to satisfy your sweet tooth….
