Another Helpful Resource

May 28, 2012

So, yes, I’ve been gone from here for a while due to reality.  (On a positive note, I now have my bachelor’s degree, so no more having to rely solely on my experience or certifications.)  In the interim, though, I’ve found another resource online that I’d like to share with my readers that will help with bolstering language learning:

  • Memrise – A website for learning vocabulary, using a flashcard method with incremental gaps between repetition as recall of a specific word is improved.  This is a community driven site that has a truly massive number of languages available to study.  I’m a curator in the Hebrew section (find me as ‘tjcinmaryland‘ and feel free to friend me there), though I’m working on a number of other languages too.
  • @memrise – I’d be remiss if I didn’t include their Twitter handle as well.

Feel free to check the site out – I hope you’ll find it as useful as I do.
